Firestone Complete Auto Care

Without any fanfare everyone at Firestone did their job. I needed new tires and was advised to wait until the next day. The next day would be a tire sale. I did save money on my new tires. My check engine light was on. This was the initial reason for bringing my car in. I knew that it was time for tires. The tires were replaced and and a followup for the check engine was made. A few days later the repair was made. No surprises, I had been advised the cost. I always know what to expect with Ben and the crew. Firestone will remain my auto maintenance team. Up front people.

I had a low tire, headed over to the shop. Less than a block away it went flat and was ruined. Nathan went over to get my tire, replaced it so I could drive on to the shop. Ben and Nathan were very helpful and I truly appreciate them going above and beyond.

Awesome staff . Very helpful and honest. They checked my tires and tire sensor. They also put in a new air filter.

I always receive friendly service from Service Managers (Kimberly & Ben), good selection of tires from the Sales Specialist (Tyler) and advice on repairs and safety concerns from the very knowledgeable mechanics on my older vehicles. All employees are polite and eager to assist all my auto needs (especially since I travel on the road a lot). I fully trust and highly recommend downtown Enid Firestone Complete Auto Care!
