Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went in to get my front, two tires replaced. The quote I was given by Chris was super fair. He was very professional, friendly, and caring. So even though the price was just a little more than another company a mile away, I chose to go with Firestone. The service was quick, efficient, and they made recommendations for service that will be needed in future, but did not say anything about services I would need IMMEDIATELY, which is what I normally get when going elsewhere. When I picked up my car, the other person at the front was equally professional and friendly. I wish I got her name because she was as awesome as Chris. Will for sure come back when I need something else done.

I had a great experience at the Firestone in Escondido, thanks to the manager, Katlyn. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Very friendly, accommodating, and transparent throughout the process. Pricing was fair, service was fast, and everything was explained clearly so I felt confident in the work being done. It’s refreshing to find a place that’s both efficient and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend visiting this location.

The staff was great. Walked in (literally) off the street with a flat and they were able to get me back on the road in a little over an hour. Katlyn was fast and efficient at getting me checked in and out while presenting options. We will be back in the future.

I’ve been going to this particular location for 10 years and the service has always struggled to meet my needs. The new GM katlyn operating this location was very professional. I got my van back in record time, nothing was over looked in the maintenance. This has happened in the past here. I received follow up calls from the branch. Katlyn operates with confidence and the improvements here are noticed and appreciated. I would recommend the south center city parkway location to anyone.

I could have thought of several things I would have rather do on a Sunday than have a screw removed from my tire, but my experience here was downright pleasant largely due to the Service coordinator Kaitlin. Kaitlin is so personable, intelligent and knowledgeable that I honestly enjoyed myself. They were busy, so we waited a bit and I got the opportunity to observe Kaitlin's interactions with other customers, and was truly impressed with how knowledgeable she is. In addition she was extremely accommodating while this die hard packer fan very loudly watched the Packers beat the Bears. We sat on comfortable chairs, watched the game, were treated to great customer service, (you would have thought we were buying a full set of tires). Honestly, they only thing that would have made this a bet
