I got home at 6PM and had a flat I called them 1 hour before closing; not saying you should do this but they were willing to accommodate me last second and did more than just replace a flat tire, they inspected the whole car and told me things I wasn’t aware about and also willing to do tire change for all 4 (as per their suggestion) 30min before closing even though I originally asked for a tire change or patch. Top notch customer service. Even though I was a first time customer they treated me like a was a repeat customer and made me feel great because they didn’t have to do all that and still that for me, now it’s something I don’t have worry about for a few years since the car is driven so much.Thank you so much Nick, Daniel, and Sean, you guys are awesome snd made it easy to understand

Don’t buy here! Go on eBay you’ll get better quality! Firestone warranty is a scam! First time this has happened with a Brand new tire I purchased at Firestone busted by pot hole! I had used tires on my car and this never happened before but after just purchasing 2 tires from Firestone this happens!!
