Absolutely love this place and Joey is so nice and such a big help. My truck was down from Feb 2025 til Feb 2026. Within that year I’ve taken it to multiple mechanics spent over $5000 just for it to still not run. I didn’t and don’t want to get a new vehicle when this one is paid off. Through the duration of the time, mechanics had put either faulty parts or non GMC branded parts that were the cheapest in which that made my truck worse each time. So I wanted to try one more mechanic shop and that was Firestone, I discussed my situation and Wow! They gave me the best customer service possible, was patient with me, every time i didn’t understand something no one got upset they took the time to explain calmly and respectfully no judgement. I needed my alternator replaced and they were able to get it done the same day, even though they didn’t have the part on hand and were busy. Joey was really nice and gave me periodic updates on how it was coming along, which I appreciated. Overall a good experience.

Just had to bring a tire in yesterday. Joey, the manager, was able to identify the problem within a few minutes, while juggling phone calls and helping others in the store. Was extremely impressed and blown away by the professionalism and commitment to customer service I saw there. Definitely give that man a raise, I haven't been that impressed by someones worth ethic in a long time. The rest of the staff were also extremely professional and helpful, especially when I came back today to get the tire. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, and will be coming back again if I have any tire related issues in the future.

This is the second time I've used this location! The first time was a Durango so badly aligned after I changed the inner and outer tie rod ends that it was dangerous to drive. They fixed it to near perfect! I moved far away and needed Firestone again for alignment on another vehicle. I used a closer store to me in Ballwin still 70 miles round trip. They managed to make it worse than when I brought it to them and tried to upsell me by saying my tires need replacing and it's not safe to drive. I drove away with a crooked steering wheel to the right and it pulling to the left! Called Florissant Firestone and they have the wheel straight again and it's driving straight! They recommended camber bolts if I wanted to get those even closer down the road. But it is already driving so straight and

Absolutely terrible location. came in today for my scheduled appointment for my alignment at 3pm and was told pretty much screw my appointment sorry can't do it maybe sometime can't tell you when we can do it even though you have an appointment it won't be today maybe tomorrow even after waiting a week for this appointment. Absolutely terrible location this place is a joke. Do not go to firestone at all do not trust them with your money or your vehicle
