Firestone Complete Auto Care

We recently had our car serviced at the Firestone on Fort Carson, Colorado, and the service was top notch. We were treated well from the time we entered the store until we picked up our car. We've been customers at this facility for more than six years, and we will continue to take both of our vehicles there.

The staff were friendly, great with communication, transparent with expectations, and straightforward about what they noticed when they did an inspection of the car. I deeply appreciate honest and clear communication when it comes to the care of my vehicle and I plan to return for future services for my car!

Firestone Complete Auto is an interesting place. Quality work, good people, excellent products (best tires!) but WAYYYY overpriced. It sucks cuz the techs are the best. The front counter guy is so helpful. Best tires in town. Good warranty. Skilled techs. But the price is just ridiculous, y'know? I dunno. Lower your prices lol I wanna do more service with y'all but not for that cost. I'd like Firestone to be my regular spot for oil changes and all my regular service.

Took my car in for a coolant flush. Front desk stated I had oil in the coolant and need to replace the oil cooler. Outstanding, no problem. Picked up car later after the tech let it overheat and boil over and make a mess. I changed the oil cooler for half the cost of what they were asking no big deal. Schedule appointment now to flush coolant. I was told they use a vacuum machine to flush and exchange coolant. Appoint was for 930am. Dropped off at 730am. I had to call at noon for an update, not done. Went in person around 4pm and not done. Stated it keeps over heating. I’m frustrated but trust they will get it done so I leave it until close when I was called and said all good to go. Picked it up, about an inch of oil still in the coolant overflow tank. Understood perhaps it’s dirty still B

Comprehensive care in a timely fashion with real kind folks that know what they’re doing. Clean and often empty, with little to no wait. Drop off and pick up options.
