Firestone Complete Auto Care

I knew I was paying too much at the dealership for service of my not-so-new vehicle, but I did not realize how much until I started to bring my car over to this local Firestone. The staff is always great to me, and I have interacted with several of them. Except for one time, I received my car back in record speed, but I do not believe in putting pressure on mechanic work. If I knew better, I'd be fixing the car myself but I know I can't. If you ask them for very specific repairs to save money, they will work with you.

I recently had a tire installed here. My receipt clearly says Bridgestone, but the tire they installed is actually another brand Westlake. I didn't authorize any substitution. Basically they charged me $330 for westlake tire worth $60. Technician name is Julian. They took advantage of the woman. First time I went there the manager Clarence Cooper was not even on duty. I had to go for the second time. After I explained him about what happened he said they don’t sell these tires here. But obviously they do as they installed the tire and provided false information on the receipt. Please be aware of this scam place. The manager Clarence was rude and disrespectful. He disappeared in order not to provide the refund. Please be aware of this scam place and people!!!

Been coming here since 2010, never had a bad experience, they have a very experienced staff, well priced services and an excellent customer service.
