If I could give it zero stars I would! Incompetent, LAZY, rude, shady, sarcastic, unprofessional employee, Eddie, when I walked in didn’t want to help me and it was clear. Tried to push off my alignment that was already rescheduled 30 mins before my appt yesterday because “no one was there to do it” so I said no problem reschedule to whenever after work. They reschedule me for today. I get there and he wanted to try and push me off so I said “I was told there would be someone here today” he said “yo yo yo yo, there’s someone here but there’s 3 cars he’s working on, you will have to wait” I said “that’s fine as long as it gets done.” He took my key and smirked. Called for an oil change and tire rotation talk to someone and said there slow so they can get me in and out in an hour. Arrive at this location and told by the front desk guy (he looks like he’s in training) that they can’t get my vehicle done by the time they close at 7, I was there at 5pm. My thought is maybe everybody there is in training too since it’ll take more than 2 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires, also there’s no car in the shop at all. I will attach photos. The service guy that was working with the other guy that I talk to seems clue less as well. I do not recommend to go to this location, everyone seems like theyre lazy and don’t want to work, and zero customer service skills. I hope Firestone do something about this, maybe train your employees better!

John, the sales associate, did an excellent job helping me with my front tire. He was professional, friendly, and made the process quick and easy. I truly appreciate his great customer service and highly recommend him!

Bought truck suv tires but are softer firewalls so more sway roll for towing 7k lb rv vs prior BFG brand. Took 4.5 hours to get 4 tires installed. Had to ask multiple times for ETA seemed as if workers inside were not fully utilized enough said. Had to ask twice what damage was to one original tire, never shown photo or evidence of root cause just said sidewall damage. Work order entered wrong tire size. Employees got into shouting match at each other while working on personal vehicles. Scary. Glad I got out of there it was painfully slow and excruciating. Rear tire out of balance upon departure. Update 06/20/2025: Got a flat tire on 6/19/2025 and had my car towed to this Firestone location. Called them a little after opening this morning and spoke to John, who I found out was the manager. I advised him that my car was dropped off by the tow company Thursday evening and what I needed done to my vehicle. He walked me through the tire options and prices with tax etc. I received a call a few hours later letting me know it was complete and ready to be picked up. I got dropped off and John actually took care of me. I can see why he is the store manager. He’s a great asset to that location from what I witnessed as I was there. Thank you for taking care of a crappy situation. Stopped in today with my neighbor to help her get her tire repaired. Anthony greeted us right away when we walk
