Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in for a $30 oil change cupón I got emailed. When I went in I got asked “would you like full synthetic or synthetic blend?” I told them full synthetic. They then took 1.5 hours to do an oil change and charged me $100 instead of $30 because I wanted synthetic oil. Didn’t even say anything about it being more expensive. Make sure you get a quote before you even give them your keys. UPDATE: they did give me some of my money back and made it fair but get it right the first time guys

I have access to 3 different Firestone locations nearby. However, the Ft. Riley location will always be my go-to. I have experienced the most professional and friendly service here. When I was in a pinch with an unexpected flat tire and the other 2 locations told me I was out of luck, Sam came through and worked me in before I had to hit the road. Austin stayed on top of it when I got there to make sure I was taken care of and out of the door on time. Since then, I will go out of my way to make sure I take my vehicles to this location for all of our needed service and maintenance, not just my tires! Thank you for being the best!!

I have been to a number of Firestone stores across the US. This one definitely provided the best service. I will be telling all of my friends & co-workers this is the one to trust. Sean made sure the shop took the time to determine the issue with my truck. Austin and Sam made sure I was kept up to date on the findings and aware of the costs. I even had a good interaction with Aiden and Alex from the shop. I don't normally go out of my way to get the names of everyone who services my truck, but they were all so friendly and deserve to hear they are appreciated.

Although the service was great the wait time was way to long. I was told tire replacement would take approximately 1.5 hours However I waited 3.5 hours.

Austin and Samantha were great. The price was the best around and they had the tires the next day. Installation was quick and they were very friendly. Very happy with my new tires.
