I visited Firestone because my tire pressure was low, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and kindness. The staff went above and beyond to help me. They checked my tires for free, explained everything patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable even though my English isn’t perfect. It’s rare to find such honest and attentive service these days. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care.
With the amount of driving I’ve done for the year of 2025 the team here at this Firestone on base has been clutch. They’ve always managed to knock out any service requested of them in a timely manner. And best of all they’re not pushy with any upselling. They give me their recommendations for any additional maintenance and let me pull the trigger as I am able to. For the convenience alone 10/10 would recommend. For the great customer service 20/10
Went for oil change, Air filter housing had busted oring gasket, oil all over the place. Went back to get a replacement part, while oil change completed again. Same issue but worse. Oil dumped in the parking lot. Just an unacceptable job.
Long story short came in due to noise almost identical to when I had my rear passenger wheel bearing replaced. Was told they found nothing, just some rust on the rotors. Got a second opinion from another shop, they said my rear driver side wheel bearing was bad. Came back here because of good reviews. Told them to replace the rear driver side bearing, they came back and said my rear passenger bearing had gone bad not the driver’s. Chalked it up to a miscommunication at the other shop and okayed the replacement. Drove home and noise is still there, called them and was told to come back when I could. Not only was I completely disregarded but now out $500+ with no resolution. If it’s not tires or an oil change, go somewhere else.
The team always takes great care of my car. They’re trustworthy, knowledgeable, and never try to push unnecessary services. Highly recommend!
