Finally getting around to leaving my review. I was at this location in May 2025. I came in with a specific issue — my 2020 Subaru Outback had a negative camber problem, and the rear tires were wearing out from the inside. I had just replaced all four tires and came here the same day for an alignment. I was told that even though the issue was only on the rear axle, they needed to perform a full alignment with an electronic system calibration, which would cost $133.19. Fine, no problem — just do it properly. I dropped off the car and waited for about an hour. When it was done, the guy at the front desk told me everything was “all set.” When paying, I asked for a printout to see the before-and-after alignment specs. He told me they couldn’t print it. I went in for an inspection and left with my results available to me by email. The guy attending me explained everything thoroughly and gave me estimates for the potential repairs. As for the wait, I was told about the expected wait time before asking for the inspection which really helped me gauge how long it was going to take to get my answers. Overall, very friendly staff and I’d definitely be recommending Firestone to my friends and family.

Alfredo at Firestone in Franklin Park is excellent! He’s always helpful, thorough, and makes sure every job is done right. I’ve brought both my company vehicle and personal cars here, and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend this location!

We were stranded in Chicago after our tires were slashed at hotel parking while we were out of town. We were able to get our car to Firestone. They worked us into their busy schedule, ordered tires, and got them installed the next day. Staff was friendly and ensured we were taken care of.
