I purchased my tires here last year. It was a great experience. I had to go back this week because I picked up some debris on the road in one tire. They diagnosed quickly, ordered a new tire, and set an appointment for me for the next day to install it. Because of the road hazard warranty they provide with your tire purchase, my replacement was only 50% of my original cost for the tire. Pretty thankful about that. I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes. Clean cool and comfortable waiting area. Everyone was courteous and friendly, and it was a great experience overall.

I walked into Firestone without an appointment needing an oil change and was in a rush with a busy day ahead. Paulo went out of his way to squeeze me in and actually got it done sooner than he originally promised. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. This was for one of our company vehicles, and based on how well everything was handled, I’ll definitely be recommending Paulo and this Firestone location to the rest of our team. Great service all around!

Fantastic staff all around. Made an appointment for tires (drop off). Got it in early and was completed well before the estimated completion time. I requested an alignment, but they checked it and said it wasn’t needed (and didn’t charge me!). This will now be my go-to shop for any type of service. Thanks!
