I had booked an appointment at 12 PM and when I dropped off my car I was told it will be done by EOD at 6 PM for wheel alignment and Tire Rotation. I called them around 4 to check the status and was told my car is next in line so I assumed it will be done by 6 as promised, but when I reached for pickup they said it's still not looked at and is next in line again. I was told booking an appointment doesn't guarantee any particular time and all it does is just put you in the queue, which I get it but I could see lot of other cars were serviced before mine even though I had an appointment. I had paid upfront cost for limetime alignment and hence they were not making any net new from me which is why I think they give you last priority. They're awesome. My car was held all day at a different tire shop and when I was told that they weren't able to patch my tire today anymore (which is fine, they were extremely busy), this shop squeezed me in before closing and truly helped me out. I'm extremely appreciative of Nancy and the team here for helping me out.

Service was fast I scheduled an appointment for tire change and I ended up adding an oil and air filter change. Very affordable, cheaper than Sam’s Club and pep boys for sure. Tired were out of stock so they hooked me up with higher quality ones for the same price. Will be returning for sure!

Zero start to manager name NANCY AMANO had my car for 1 month and my fleet company said its ready but when i got there they gave me car with 15 psi flat tire when I ask her to fix it sh e said rudely come Tomarow. 5 star to Riche he ignored the manager and serviced my car and saved the name of the Firestone you deserve to be manager not her. The manager Nancy thr toxic relationship with co workers will not work with customers remember that.
