Firestone Complete Auto Care

I make my appointment at 12:00 but my they start with my car 2 hours later. One of the employees told me that they have short of workers and a lot of cars to work. I understand his point but waiting time of 2 hours is too much. But as always their staff makes the work really fast and nice. They rotate and balance the tires and gave me a feedback of the unit. All times that I go to this place to rotate tires they make a great job. The lack of employees is completely understandable, and I can't blame them for having a bad day, knowing the high quality of their work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My husband initially called to make an appointment for me to get my spark plugs changed and was quoted around $275 for a 6 cylinder car by the manager Jeff. I show up to my appointment the next week and was told 30 minutes after they started working on my car that the initial quote was wrong and it was now going to take more than 2 hours to complete the job and the price would go up to $750! I explained that was not what we were quoted initially, so the guy at the front desk (unsure of his name) called the manager right then and talked to him. After they got off the phone, the guy at the desk apologized and said we were way underquoted but they would honor the initial quote from the manager. Unfortuna

I’ve been to this Firestone a handful of times and I wanted to go out of my way to say, all of the men who have helped me out here have been very kind and are always doing what’s in my best interest, which can be hard to find these days; just got my tires replaced, and I was hooked up with a generous prorate since my tires didn’t live up to expectations. Also wanted to mention the tech was very friendly and when I got in my car to drive home, I noticed the trash had been emptied out of my side door- just a really nice touch. Great service is a standard I hold high up and the gents here know exactly how to exceed expectations.

We were headed home from Gainesville at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon when we discovered a screw in our front tire. The tire was unable to be repaired and needed to be replaced. Brian and his team were willing to help us 45 minutes before closing time. They replaced our two front tires quickly and got us safely on the road.

Jeff is amazing, went in for a oil change and he showed us how there was damage in our tire! Had he not done a complete inspection we wouldve have a blow out! Thank you Jeff & firestone 🚗
