Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone was great! John helped get me in even though it was the end of the day. I had an emergency and had to get towed in due to a flat tire. The tech did excellent work and got me in and out. Both were helpful and friendly. Very fair pricing and I would recommend to my friends!

I purchased a lifetime alignment from this shop about four years ago and have used it about once per year. Until recently, the service was fine. On my most recent visit I was told they could not perform the alignment without charging $400+ due to seized components, and they said parts would need to be replaced. Since this shop has been the only one performing alignments on my truck, I don’t believe it’s reasonable to put the full cost on the customer. I even offered to split the difference and pay $200. I ultimately took the vehicle to another shop and they were able to align it without any issues. Unfortunately, I no longer trust the value of the “lifetime alignment” being offered here.

This review is mainly for Harley's professionalism and work. I was in for some work to be done on a truck and the store was slammed. I had to wait a while but didnt mind the wait. Harley was juggling store front work, training a new guy, and dealing with things that seemed to be out of his control in the shop. Harley was able to take it in strides, delegate and handle tasks effectively, and still had a customer service face that I doubt I could have kept in a stressful situation like that. He had every chance to lose his cool and didn't, he just kept being professional and did his job to the best he could and with a friendly smile on his face.

Called the store for replacement of tire sensors, very informative on prices and time frame. Harley and Daniel were very knowledgeable with tires and service they offer. Definitely will be coming back when I have replace my current set

I had my car towed to this wonderful establishment. The employees are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They were able to get my car done in just one day despite not having an appointment. I wish I could give them 10 stars truly they deserve it!!
