I needed to file a claim for my tires and windshield wipers and came in without an appointment. Antonio was my service advisor, and he was professional and thorough, clearly walking me through each step of the process. He also provided periodic status updates, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Antonio and can’t thank him enough for his excellent service!

William was awesome! I was in a fender bender with a column and it bent my tire rod. I was on a cross country road trip and just knew I’d be temporarily living here waiting for parts. To my surprise, William was able to order the part and have it delivered within 48 hours. Actual repair only took about an hour! Amazing! We are now back on the road on our way home. Silver lining, we got to visit one of the most historic cities that had a major role in the Civil Rights movement!

I'm a sports official in town to referee a match. On the way to the gym I picked up a 2" bolt in a tire. I was two minutes away from Firestone Auto Care. I pulled in and I basically handed them my keys and left my vehicle in their care. They said they take care of it and they did. When I returned from the event my tire was repaired ready for me to return 200 miles home. Thank you to all the workers!
