I was treated fair and respectful through out the entire process of having 4 new tires installed on my truck. They quoted me a price, and that is exactly what I paid. The Tech was extremely respectful of my truck, and completed the job flawlessly! I would highly recommend this Firestone Company in Greenville, Ohio.

She was knowledgeable on everything from pricing to the mechanics of a part. The customer support agent was thorough in explaining all details of the inspection process as well as providing an insight on what issues were most important to address as soon as possible, the cost breakdown for each of the repairs listed on the vehicle inspection report as well as emphasizing that the manufacturer’s recommended vehicle maintenance updates were not required. They did a good job and I would recommend them. However some may want to shop around for lower prices, as they were probably as expensive as taking it to the dealer. But I could get into them much quicker. As a person who has done quite a bit of auto repair myself, I know I could have done these jobs much cheaper myself. Again though, not wanting to spend the time and effort, they are a fair, friendly and honest repair shop.

Great service. The lady in the front, I forget her name, but she was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was having issues with my tires and suspension and didn't really know much about how to fix it or what to look for, and I was in and out in a few hours with my car fixed and a better understanding of my issue.

So there I was. Takin the fam to my parents house out in Greenville. When suddenly I get a flat. So now I got an issue. It's late afternoon, on a Saturday, in the country. I know I need a new tire stat! No way I can drive 2 hours home on a doughnut. Shaun and crew hooked me up. He really understood that if I had to go back to my parents house and tell my wife we had to spend the night at her in-laws was not an option and got me a new tire in 30 minutes. Thanks Shaun!
