Worst shop experience I’ve ever had. Incompetent mechanics. Went for tires and alignment. Quoted et was 1-2 hours. Was there for over 3 hours and never got the alignment. They broke the stud off the rear wheel and charged me for that. Left grease all over the rims. Put an oversized lug nut back on that doesn’t match. After they had already taken the tires off and broke the stud, then they finally came and told me they couldn’t do the alignment because tie rods were going bad. Why would you not check the steering components first. I would have kept the old tires on and replaced the tie rods then came back. Not slap brand new tires on a bad alignment. I bought a set of tires when they had a sale, because it was a little more reasonable. Well, I got a flat and I went back and bought another tire because I knew it was my fault and I knew it was not under warranty. I got another flat, same tire I just replaced. I ran over a nail and I was on 72 so I was going roughly 60 mph. I went back in on a Saturday and asked them to maybe patch it or replace it since it was well within its new tire warranty. Well no surprise, they tell me it can not be patched. That I need to buy a new tire because I had a heat ring around the middle of the tire and took it out of the warranty. Brought in my car with low tire pressure. It was at the end of the day, but Firestone workers fit me in, patched my tire after finding a nail, and sent me on my way. I am SO appreciative of their professionalism and caring. Will definitely come back. I have been here multiple times through the years and have always had excellent service!!
