(If I could give them 0 stars I would) I initially went FS to get tires balanced, complete car care package, oil change and possible alignment. I’d traveled to MS. the day before my car ran fine but, my car tires felt like the balance was off. So I made an appointment at this location to get it checked. I normally go to the Marrero location but, couldn’t get the appt time I wanted. I didn’t have the issues that all of a sudden started to occur while it was under the care of the technician. I was told that I needed 2 back tires ok fine. Then I was told they only had one tire under 100 that would fit my SUV. But of course they had multiples at a higher rate. We scheduled my son's alignment online which was easy enough and arrived a few minute early, was immediately seen and told the job would probably take about two hours until I told the very pleasant young lady at the counter that I had completely replaced all of the front suspension parts to which she replied that it would not take quite as long. I told her either way, we'd be across the street. My son bought a pair of work shoes and we came back to find his car was parked out front. We feared the worst, thinking they had found a major problem and could not do the alignment, but the tech had actually finished and he proceeded to debrief us over the results and reassured me of my own work. Christmas Eve and got a lug nut or something in my car’s tire. I called and though they were closing soon and I was a bit away, Shay the Store Manager was my Christmas angel! She said I could come in and got my tire replaced/fixed! Awesome service and a huge blessing. Thank you Shay and technician Mark!!!!
