Terrible Experience – Stay Away From This Place I had a really bad experience here today. They drained my oil first and then told me I needed to have the coupon printed, even though the fine print says absolutely nothing about requiring a printed coupon. They refused to accept it on my phone and told me to “go find a place to print it,” while my car was already stuck there with no oil. There’s a printer literally standing right next to them, but of course they wouldn’t let me use it. Then they tried to upsell me hard, saying I “must” replace two tires for $400 and that if I buy the tires, I “won’t need the coupon anymore.” Straight scam behavior. To make it worse, my engine splash shield fell off right there in their shop. They screwed it back on “somehow,” but clearly didn’t care abou

I never leave any reviews, but this was such a bad experience from such unprofessional people, that I absolutely feel the civic duty to warn others. STAY AWAY. I will echo what others have said: if I could leave zero stars, I would. I should have read the negative reviews. They get so many negative reviews, I would bet that they need to ask people to leave positive ones to try to outweigh the bad ones. I came in to have them check the tire pressure gauge because they changed three tires the week before and it was still on, I figured it was probably the air in the one they didn't change, but came in anyway in case it wasn't. I had an excellent experience at Firestone in Hallandale Beach. I went to purchase two rear tires and the entire experience was positive. The tires were a great price, and the service was outstanding. Gaby and Fernando were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, and Leonard did excellent work on the installation. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and the team truly cared about providing a great customer experience. I highly recommend this Firestone location!
