I don’t typically write reviews but I’m super upset with the outcome since it was not completed professionally. The overall experience was helpful, although, when the price was given, details like the extra shop fees weren’t included in the given price which wasn’t a super big deal, I was mostly concerned that, I paid 161$ for an alignment and inspection, and my steering wheel is now facing the left in order to keep my vehicle going straight. I’m not from Hammond, i just work in Hammond on certain days so it was already hard enough to find a way and time to get there and it seems as if I will have to revisit since the initial issue isn’t resolved, in fact— it’s worse than before I brought it in. Very disappointed. I’m giving one star and willing to give 4 as long as the company is willing

They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable! Came in last minute because a tire blew and they got me fixed and ready to go fast! Didn't pressure me to buy more expensive options or make up things that needed replacing like some stores do. Will definitely consider going back in the future!

Okay so first off I don't like to bash any business but today hit a new level. I went for an alignment. I was told by the service manager that there is a $125 option and a heavy duty option for 185. 1st an alignment is an alignment you cant do anything extra to alignment to make it better. Then they take my truck back and after an hour and 10 minutes the final get my truck in the bay and the guy working on my truck only has a crescent wrench to work with. He tells me I don't have many tools so ill do what I can. 45 minutes later after my alignment was further off than when he started I told the manager to get my truck off the lift. Scam artist - They set up tire purchase and appointment for the following day . The next day they claimed no record of tire or appointment and price was not correct . I have phone records of the call and the person pulled up history of a purchase from a few years back in the system. NO WAY someone hacked their phones and computers

I originally wanted a pressure test to see where I was leaking coolant. They said they get to as soon as possible and have me a price which was awesome. They called within a hour told me what the issue was and the cost fix it. I was shocked at the price it was decent agreed to have fixed and within a hour they called to tell it was done. They had 14 cars ahead of me but took the time to get my vehicle done super quick. Kudos to all involved.
