Firestone Complete Auto Care

Brought my full size truck in to get a new set of wheels balanced, and to get one tire dismounted from an old wheel to get the old set ready to sell. I was in and out in about an hour or so, staff was super friendly, price was reasonable, and my truck drove amazing on the highway. Had zero complaints, until I got home and unloaded my old set of wheels. The one that I had them dismount a tire from got gouged pretty deep in several areas around the outside front lip. I’m very thankful that I didn’t need them to touch the other three. Hoping this doesn’t cost me the sale of the wheels.

We were traveling with our trailer across country and had an incident with one of our tires on Thursday, Feb 12th. While roadside assistance got us to town we needed to change all the trailer tires out. The staff at Firestone were able to take us in right away, and supplied us with great tires. While we waited we mentioned we were having some engine issues as well. They ran some diagnostics and offered some suggestions for next steps in troubleshooting. They also had several good pieces of advice for our trailer, and even suggestions for traveling in the local area, not to mention some good friendly conversations about life and motorcycles. I could not be happier with the service I got from the people at Firestone at 205 Hardy St. My car wouldn't start so I needed that checked and fixed, and I requested a complete vehicle inspection, oil and filter change, wheel alignment, and more. They kindly fit it into their schedule once it was towed in, kept me informed by phone about everything, got everything done long before I expected and their charges were very reasonable. On top of that, they are kind, concerned people so, hands down, this is now my go-to shop for any regular or emergency auto care I need in the future.
