Customer Service was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When the tech who was doing my 120,000 inspection came across the 2 things that he found, he came to show me a picture of the issue. And when I told him I had no clue as to what I was looking at he explained to me what it was so I understood what I was looking at.I also was impressed at the fact that they didn't charge me for air filters and other things that I didn't need replacement on. Other businesses would of charged me for it whether it was needed or not.

Absolute clown show.....scheduled an alignment, after an hour was told they couldn't do the alignment due to my vehicle needing all new joints..because they were "loose". Parts were not even a month old on vehicle, dealer replaced....took it back to the dealer and was shown the parts were perfect. Came to the conclusion that Firestone no longer wanted my business.

I went in for diagnostic testing on my vehicle. They were able to pinpoint the issue and have it fixed the same day whi h is a huge deal for me. They were upfront with cost and there was no pressure to upsell or add on services i didn't need. The whole process was so pleasant. I will be coming back.
