Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service people are very honest. I do very low mileage but I was surprised when I went in a few months ago to get a regular service and they told me it was OK to leave it for up to a year. They could have easily just taken my money. I just returned for the service. They checked everything and made a couple of suggestions for maintenance items but were not at all pushy. I used to get all my services at Toyota but this is so my more convenient as well as less expensive.

The staff is utterly incompetent. The service writer took 30 minutes to write a work order for 2 wheel and tire mount and balance. The whole time I have to hear him BS about shit he knows nothing about. I never received a phone call to tell me they were done. And when I went to pick up my wheels and tires, I was told that they couldn’t balance them. I asked if they broke the bead and spun the tire, he looked at me like I was speaking french. The cherry on top. Once I got home I noticed that the directional tire were mounted in the same direction. So this entire process was a useless waste of my time.

I had a great experience at Firestone Auto Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. My vehicle was serviced quickly, and the quality of work was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my car was safe and running smoothly before I left. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but Firestone definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.

Amazing service and care they provided. They are very thorough and perform the highest quality of service. The team at this store is 10/10. Gino is very personable and takes the time to listen to all auto concerns, and he always provides the best customer experience. The mechanics at this shop are also amazing! My car is like brand new again, and my concerns were finally resolved at this store rather than at other mechanic shops. Firestone is now the only place I will go for maintenance/auto concerns.
