I just picked up my Suburban that had a piece of metal stuck in the front passenger tire tread. They removed the object and said it wasn’t deep enough to puncture the tire. So they didn’t charge me anything to fix my problem. Thanks Dave and whoever worked on my vehicle.

Dave the manager was very professional and accommodating. I came early in the morning of a snow storm but needed vehicle inspections that day and Dave had the mentality that if I could get them there his crew would get it done. Very easily could have said not today but Dave and his crew matched my urgency and my time sensitive needs. Thanks Dave and Scott (I beleive) I will be back soon!

Every time we have our vehicle serviced here, we are greeted warmly and pleasantly by the staff. Our car is fixed with no additional issues, and we are pleased by the attentiveness and care of the mechanics. Highly recommend the John Gordon Ln location.

Really great people working there that I actually trust with my vehicles. From the front desk girl Crystal who was very friendly and made sure I got everything that I needed done. And speaking on the phone with Sean days before even meeting him today he was so incredible helpful and I was very impressed with how much research he was willing to do to find tires for my mustang and my corvette also. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him.
