Great guys! They helped me remove a stuck lug bolt that wouldn’t come off. Very professional, patient, and knew exactly what they were doing. They worked hard and didn’t give up until it was done. Really appreciate their help — highly recommend!

Incompetent staff. I had a nail at a 45° angle through my tire. I call them because I'm told they have "the largest selection of tires" I tell them my tire size, they say they have it. I tell them I'm on the way. I navigate slowly through rush hour traffic to make it to their shop, sat in their waiting room for an hour, and they waited until AFTER they took my tire off to tell me they actually DON'T have my tire. i can understand that mistakes happen, but, I called you and gave you plenty of time, I specifically went out of my way to come here on a recommendation and you couldn't be bothered to even double check your own inventory? More to the point, if these guys can't even keep track of their own stock, how can I trust them to do other aspects of their job properly? Never coming back

This Firestone is a good place to take your car. I have them do my alignments for my trucks. They don’t care if you do suspension work and bring it to them for alignments. Since it’s not owned by a person they just do the work and are real chill. I believe it was Louis who took care of me he’s a nice guy.

Fantastic experience. The gentleman took our call, understood we were traveling for six more hours to get home, and he was able to get us a new tire. We got in, new tire and on the road way faster than we could have imagined. Phenomenal help and consideration by this man.

Customer service experience today very enlightening on the details of my car things I didn’t know I was informed the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and giving me instructions on. What should I do in the waiting process? Also, when my vehicle was done, I was very Pleased with the young man that checked me out you guys are doing an awesome job up there.
