Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service I received was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. My tire was inspected and patched promptly. I was kept updated on the progress, so I never wondered how much longer it would take. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service.

UPDATED 2/3/26... You're going to want to read this! SUPER nice on the phone... Made an apt to get my battery swapped out on warranty and I was told an appointment was set for later that day. I came in and was told that there was no appointment made and that they didn't have time to do it. I drove out there with the vehicle quite uncertain if I would make it only to have to turn around and drive it right back home. Pretty frustrating. And this isn't the first time I have had issues with this location. Get it together. UPDATE: I had made another appointment reluctantly for a few days later. Had issues with the vehicle upon taking it in for that app. I called and said I would be late and Daylin adv me that there was no appointment made. AGAIN??!! I've been going to Firestone for auto care for many years probably around 16 years or so. The service use to be great. Within the last few years it has declined drastically. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and inspection to make sure things all looked good made an appointment left my car and never heard from Firestone until after closing hours . This is the 2nd time this has happened and they always seem to have an excuse why I was never notified that my car wasn't finished many hours later each time I had an appointment. I'm sick of their excuses as to why I never receive updates . This last time once I finally got my car back the inside was trashed they made a mess and never bothered cleaning it up!!! Also had one time they were suppose to rotate my tires but never did we

Oil change done accurately, billing not so much. Charged for 15 quarts only took 6. And did not see the presidents day discount either. I won't be going back for new tires which I am going to need soon. Also, the receipt said they determined my battery to have low voltage even though I had my car checked earlier today and purchased and replaced the battery. They could make this right by refunding my discount and 9 quarts of oil over charged. Hoping they hire better desk people. Maybe a woman or 2 could get them in ship shape. P.S. the public bathroom smelled like an outhouse slightly unkempt. Also got on their online store site under the contact us part and it wouldn't accept my message.

Poor communication. Really difficult to make appointments online. Unreliable online scheduling. I was interested in getting a pre-purchase inspection and tried to schedule an appointment online. Two days in advance, I contacted the online chat agent (since phone calls were never answered). The agent was polite, responsive, and told me there was availability two days later at 10:00 a.m. I received a text acknowledging my request but never received a confirmation. When I followed up the next day, I was told the appointment was still not confirmed. After more than 48 hours, I still had no confirmed time and was not contacted about alternative availability. I ended up driving 6 hours to Toledo to purchase a car and planned to get the inspection done at 10:00 a.m., only to be told on arrival
