Firestone Complete Auto Care

My husband took his truck in for a routine alignment. This was the second alignment we’ve had. Prior to this there were no issues with the truck. I should note that we purchased the lifetime alignment packages from Firestone on our vehicles. After the service and while driving to work my husband felt the car pulling and shaking. He was driving at the posted speed. He is in the military and had to report to work, by the time his shift ended the shop was closed. He called the next morning to address his concerns. I had to pick him up from work, he didn’t feel the truck was safe to drive. He quickly looked to see if he could identify the issue. He found that the front camber nut was missing.. In addition to the bathroom being totally filthy after getting an oil change and state inspection i get back home and my low tire light is on all 4 tires are low. I cbk sw Mgr he told me to bring car back and he would take care of it. I went back he took me right away and I was out in 10 minutes. Mgr was very pleasant

Called in at closing to make an appointment for opening the next day. They were very accommodating to schedule me. They repaired a faulty power steering hose and seal on the spot. For someone that is traveling it was a pleasant and peaceful appointment. Highly recommend this shop for those unsure and want honest quick service.

They lie about when the work will be done. Dropped off weekend, they said waiting for parts on monday, then Monday comes they say our guy doesn't work till Tues but will be done before 4pm, Tuesday at 230pm they say they just got the parts but it won't be done till Wednesday. They over charge on repairs that they purposely miss to make you keep coming back despite the claim of going over the whole car bumper to bumper. Then I get an email saying I needed new brakes but when I called for an update (another thing they dont do) they said they made a mistake and that brakes are fine. Highly suspicious as if they want them to break so id come back. How am I to trust their word when they lie all the time? Also their automated text update is useless their stores don't even use it. I went to get a front end alignment and all 4 tires balance, however the mechanic broke bolts and nuts on the front right side wheel and the back left side wheel he broke 1 bolt and left 3 nuts loose on the left rear wheel, this could have been fatal, I contacted the manager and he said that it was already that way and I know it wasn't, I asked him did he work on my car and he said no,so I asked how do you know it was already like that then? A long story short my car was worse than it was than when I drove to their shop, I was very disappointed 😞
