Firestone Complete Auto Care

My SUV was towed in Thursday night 5:30pm, I called ahead and spoke with Mike and was told they would get it in to look at it as soon as it was towed there. Told them this was the only vehicle in household. It was making a constant thunking sound when I pressed the brakes, ABS and Stabilitrak lights were on, told them all this. Friday, I called about 9am, they had not even looked at it yet. 11:30 they call me saying 2 guys were looking at it and said it was air in my brake line and needed new cabin air filter I told him that doesn't seem right to me and repeated what I experienced. He told me that "new" info would be told to the guys looking at it 4pm I called back, still didn't know what was wrong, had it narrowed down to wheel speed sensor and was told the wheel bearing were fine. The guy I talked with was nice and polite and helped me find the right tire that I wanted. Got me in right away while I went to Rual King to wait. Had the best price and revived Military discount. Let me know I needed an alignment, gave a discount for the life time alignment. All together was a good experience. I had heard some negative things about this store but I must say I could not ask for better, I will be back. Also was cheaper in price to the other places I checked.

Vinct and his team took care of my needs and looks out for their customers. Its hard to find some one willing to work and come up with a plan and work with you on cost. He definitely goes above and beyond and is willing to show you whats wrong or even explain of you have questions about whats going wrong in depth.

The man that took care of me (I believe his name is Mike) was a delight to work with. He was very respectful, kind, and compassionate. I have never had such a great experience at an automotive shop. They also did a great job at repairing my car in a very timely manner. I will absolutely be using and recommending Firestone in the future! Thank you Mike and team!

Super kind, works you in quick. My mom’s tire exploded when she was going down the boulevard, she was close enough to get her car there and they got tire from sister store. The guy Vincent was kind, compassionate and lovely.
