First and LAST time here. Customer service was trash, I got a attitude from Candice when I asked for a price breakdown. Lobby floor needed vacuuming, coffee station was neglected..with a used kcup and a kid movie was showing on the television. This place was NOT worth the price and coupon special, which was my reason I came anyway!

Thankful they took my car. Clean area.additional setting accommodations would be nice. DJ explained what he performed & what was needed. "Ms.C" explained also & prices were good for 30 days! No pressure no hassle. Came home Sent my grandaughter for her antifreeze. We're both happy & satisfied. Will return for auto needs. Thank you

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I purchased two new tires for my daughter’s car and the price was very reasonable. The service was quick, professional, and hassle free. Amp Amaker was especially helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate the customer service and will definitely be back.

Took over 3 hours for one tire and alignment. Lack of communication. When I did ask how much longer they said 15 min and still took almost 45 min. The young lady with short braids when I asked her what was the change of price for gave me an attitude. She then said the company is paying for it. Like I shouldn’t worry about it. Overall not a good experience.

Very happy with the professionalism and courtesy afforded to me at this location. The team had the tires I not only needed but wanted, and also had some other options to look at. They got the tires, oil change, and alignment done proficiently and quickly. The team was very friendly, the only issue I had was parking but that isn't the fault of the team!
