I rolled in with a corded tire from a track day, and even though they were already closed, they stayed late to get me safely back on the road. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out rather than rushing me out the door. If you’re looking for a tire shop that actually stands behind their work and their customers, this is the place. I won’t be going anywhere else. THANKS GUYS

I was driving from Texas to Southern California with my wife, parents and son to attend my grandfather’s funeral and I noticed a nail on the side of my tire. Isaac the tech quickly helped me and checked the tire to see if it was repairable. He discovered that the tire could not be replaced. I then went inside to Sonya Ortiz where not only did she help me, but expressed her condolences for the loss of my grandfather. She found a tire for me and let me know that there was a 3 hour wait and went to check my tire and talk to Isaac. Sonya told Isaac that the tire was available and that he could get my family and out quickly. I was very grateful for their service. We need more people like this in this world.

Great service, overall excellent customer experience. Cesar and Chris were very professional and helpful. Took my car in and they did all brakes , oil change plus a couple Other things. Done quickly with in the day. They have made a believer out of me! I’ll always take my car back to them! Thanks ☺️

Sonya, was fabulous the minute I walked through the door. Very friendly and welcoming. Hard to find these days. She was very accommodating and listened to my requests. Firestone has always been my go to for oil changes, tires, or miscellaneous services. I would recommend Firestone to anyone that asks me about care maintenance or repair. They are faur and honest. Good prices too.
