I had an outstanding experience with “Lou” at the Firestone location on 7550 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX. After a frustrating visit to another Firestone location in Irving where the staff were rude and unwilling to take responsibility for their own job duties, Lou completely turned the situation around. From the moment I explained the issue, Lou truly listened and took the time to understand the problem. Instead of dismissing it, he showed genuine empathy and immediately put in the effort to resolve it properly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference. I’ve been a customer of that Firestone for over seven years, and I’ve seen many changes—good, bad, terrible, and just okay—but this year the crew of mechanics and counter staff has improved a lot, especially the master mechanic. I’ve taken two of my cars in for alignment and brake work, and for the first time this year the service was excellent and fast, especially the alignment. He’s excellent and knows what he’s doing; even my 2001 Mustang GT, which has a very special suspension, came out perfectly, and I was surprised at how he adjusted it—not many people know how, but this master mechanic really knows his stuff.

I had an awesome experience with Jordan at the Firestone in Irving, TX. I brought in my 2014 Lexus IS250 AWD to get a broken stud fixed, replace two tires, and put on new rotors and pads, and Jordan made the whole process way easier than I expected. From the start, he was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and he broke it down in a way that actually made sense. Due to their collective assistance and care, I was back on the road in less than 3 hours.

I've used Firestone in the past, and they've always been upfront and honest on what needed to be done! Last Friday I showed up shortly before closing with tire damage that needed an emergency repair. Luis quickly jumped on top of the situation and provided several options. We agreed on a solution, and he provided me with a very helpful discount. It was the true definition of proper customer service! I highly recommend this specific location if you need a repair.
