Firestone Complete Auto Care

The employees are nice enough but this place is very very slow. With an appointment on a Wednesday, it still took almost 3 hours for just an oil change. When I got my car back, there was some kind of black grease on the seat. I tried scrubbing it with soap and water but can't get it out. Needless to say, I will never return

Had several services done while I was out of town. Maintenance checks, alignment, new tires. My car feels much more comfortable and safer to drive. Josh did an amazing job and communicated well with me through the whole process. He didn't pressure me into any additional services like I’ve experienced before. He very clearly let me know what needed to be done in which I was able to opt in or out of. He was also kind to talk to upon picking up my vehicle. Thanks Josh!

Customer service was great.. really nice guy… way too expensive 1700$ to put brakes, rotors and an oil change…. I truly don’t think we needed new rotors but my son was going out of town the next day and I just wanted him safe.. so I didn’t complain… an over all estimate of what “” needed to be done was around 6000$ and we only paid 5000 for the car.. and I get it yes keep up with taking care of your car but come on .. really… so we will not be going back because of price… prices are way to high and 1700 is way to expensive for brakes and an oil change

Yesterday, Firestone in Johnson City, TN fixed ALL the problems in one visit! Thanks to the manager, Mark, and the technicians, Saul, Josh A. And Josh D. You have customers for life now. You listened to my husband’s concerns, believed him and best of all, fixed them!!!!! Thank you! It took a while, but we are fine with that. Along the way, you kept my husband abreast of the progress. We loved driving in the car so much this morning that we went back to Firestone just to thank them in person again. If you want honest, decent priced, reliable care for you car, Firestone Johnson City is the best!

I went to Firestone today to get a tire for my 16 year old and the 2 nice gentleman showed me that instead of 1 tire that I had came for I needed 2 because the other front tire was showing wires and I also had to get an alignment and wipers. Josh H and Josh D were amazing and treated me so good and was so professional. So now my 16 yr old daughter is safer on the road thanks to these 2 gentleman for checking her car out and just not putting the 1 tire on and pushing me out the door. They took time with me and showed me the problems that I was unaware of. Very well pleased with my visit and will definitely recommend Firestone on N. Roan Street in Johnson City.
