Firestone Complete Auto Care

I live in a neighborhood where they are still building new homes, and I went in today to get a screw pulled out of my tire. This is the second issue I’ve had in two months with the construction in my neighborhood. I walked in at the end of the day, thinking I had to buy a new tire, and they were able to patch it. In addition, they were really kind and didn’t charge me a thing. I have been here before, I also send my teenage daughter here, but today was an extra special boost and a nice way to end a somewhat crummy Monday. I will never come back. Came in for a tire repair at 7:40am. Guy at the desk was actually rude to me. I watched the technician stop working on my car, at 8:20am to take a break, when I had literally watched them come in at 8:00am. This should be a 5 minute job, but somehow it took them half an hour after my car was in the air. And it turned out they couldn’t repair it because the hole was too close to the sidewalk. So it took them 30 minutes to inspect ONE TIRE. Probably because they spent more time inspecting the rest of the car looking for upsells than actually working on the tire. Update.. I went back today for a simple rotation and found a nail in my tire so with Mr. Chase‘s help and Mr. Ozzie‘s help we’re able to get four tires mounted and balanced and under two hours and I was back on the road. Customer service here is just freaking outstanding. 12-14-25 Customer ForLife Chelsey and Doug are awesome Service! Came in stressed over a tire and they had me rotated and patched up faster than expected. Good communication and clean accurate service!!

I'd give zero if it let me, because I waited an hour and 45 min for an alignment. Seemed long as I've been taking my trucks to Firestone for the lifetime alignment for 14 years. Not only was the guy who I engaged with rude, but informed me that the cam bolts weren't OEM and the tech got it as close as he could given the aftermarket cams. I drove away and before I was even 5 miles home the truck is driving funny, and making a loud noise on bumps. I look under front wheel well and the tech left the cams so loose it damaged the mount bracket and one bolt needs replaced. I check the other side and same story. Super loose. Negligent I call it. Damn near criminal as it could have easily gotten someone hurt. I'm never giving Firestone another nickel. Don't recommend.

I have been traveling wherever Doug is for the past 17 years! Always takes the best care of all of my vehicles! Never will I go anywhere else or have anyone else work on my vehicles of than him and his team!! Thank you for always making sure my cars are safe and ready to drive!!!
