Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was able to get help from Firestone shop to replace my car tire which was flat. Reached the shop 15 mins before closing but they helped me to replace flat tire with new one in just 30 - 40 mins. I felt price of tire was little expensive than actual Honda dealership or Costco tires.

I hope a lot of people see this review because it's very important to me. I went for the first time up here in Kissimmee to firestone, even though I use Firestone up in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach in the past, many years ago, but I went here for the first time. Actually, I went 3 times in a row because I took 3 cars, because the first time they did well, and the second time they did great, and the third time they even did greater. So I was very, very happy with the service I received there. I made an appointment to take my car in to replace the Valve cover gasket. From the moment I enter the doors I felt very welcome, I first met Kyle , I asked for Gino who was the one that I had been speaking with, he told me he was outside and that he will be back soon, I finally met Gino. who went above and beyond to make sure then my concerns and worries we're no longer, and assure me that my car was in good hands and put me at ease in no time, I also spoke with Manny for a brief moment and he was also very nice. Meet with representative Kyle who did an excellent job in advising me on the alternatives to changing my oil for an older vehicle. His professionalism and knowledge was a great help. He also included the rotation of the tires to help extend the tire threads. Good job Kyle!

Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars. Jose the con artist here was trying to charge me sales tax on my warranty covered service. I called my warranty company and they told him he can’t do that since I already paid sales tax when I purchased the warranty and he argued with the warranty guy. I had to have my car towed and wanted to go to a Chevy dealership for the work but was towed here instead. I should have pushed my car to a Chevy dealership. Would have been a lot easier than the horrible mistreatment of this place. These people are rude and condescending if I had a choice I would let the homeless man next door work on my car before I have it taken here again.
