Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been a customer here for a couple years. My youngest son needed a new tire so I sent him here. He came in as a brand new customer never having dealt with auto nor tire repairs alone before. The staff was very helpful and explained everything. They were even generous enough to help him remove the spare tire that was stuck on and install the new tire. Much appreciated.

I'm writing this review for Firestone in Lake In The Hills simply because they have been so good to us for many years. We are a three car family, they have taken care of them all on an annual basis. I like, and we appreciate the level of honesty, knowledge, and the quality of the work they have done for us. We have been with them for at least 18 years of service. During that time we have ventured out... We shouldn't have. Other places, including the dealerships, have told us other things needed to be fixed, when in truth, they didn't need to be. I trust them and appreciate their honesty, their prices and knowledge👏👏👏

I’ve trusted this location for a few years with my old Chrysler. They are always kind, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and timely in their handling of any issues I’ve had. I always know I’m in good hands even when the car needs to be towed over there for some emergency repairs. They are also able to break down the explanation for someone who has no earthly clue of the mechanical jargon in terms of cars. I credit the somewhat unusual longevity of my car to their ability to keep things going smoothly.

Great location to get work done. Fair prices when considering warranty coverage at nationwide locations. Crew at this location is fantastic - Top notch mechanics and sales/service folk. Additionally, Service Manager Don Harrington exists as a literal legend amongst common men.

Don and Adam were great. Both explained my car issues professionally. I will definitely take my car back to them. Great job to the Firestone team
