My car was due for a lot of maintenance after reaching 100k miles. Sean was incredibly helpful in recommending services and getting them done quickly. I trusted their work completely and will definitely be back.

My appt was scheduled for 10am, at the LSL location and my car was in the service bay at 10am. I had an alignment with tire rotation completed in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and met my goals for my car while I waited. The waiting area was comfortable, and clean. Thanks, Bev M

Editing my 5 star review to 1. I was asked to give a 5 star review at checkout to help the attendant get his bonus after I purchased new brakes, lifetime alignment and an oil change for my SUV. 3 days later my car won’t start, the dashboard is lighting up with every possible issue and when I called to ask about it, TJ was extremely rude. Told me I could bring the SUV in tomorrow and they would charge me $125 for a complete vehicle inspection and hopefully I would get it back before the end of the day. No customer service at all and I wish I would have never gone here in the first place.

Excellent service was received at the Lake St. Louis location. Turn around time was super fast! Dropped off in the night box and vehicle was ready the next morning before 9:30AM. Employee at the counter during pick up was friendly and professional with a fun personality! Happy customer :)
