I had a hostile experience that I considered to be racist a month ago that I reported a month ago after an employee made a false statement about me that my dash camera 📷 prove to be a lie. The manager yonis was yelling screaming and cursing at me because of a lie an employee jose told him as I stated was proven false by my dash camera he gave me a BS apology and admitted the employee jose lied because he couldn't understand english. I made a complaint last December to corporate my case file reference number is 2940044. I was told I would here back from the general manager in 48 hours but I didn't. I called back a week later and they said give them more time to respond. Over 1 month later still no response. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless you are Hispanic because they will make

Very negative experience first I was called to change my appointment because they felt it was too late then I get there 20 mi early and they say since I made an appointment I will only have to wait around 2 hours……… how… I was speechless. I accommodated them so they can service MY car and still would have to wait 2 hours. FOR AN OILCHANGEEEEEEEE I lost 30 minutes of my time and hours on my Job for this commmmplete lack of respect. Mind you this is my first impression!!

Had an appointment, but they wanted me to wait 1:30 hours to get started on my car, and they didn't let me know about it until I drove there under snow. What's the point on the appointment then?

I had a very positive experience at Farestone thanks to Darlin excellent customer service and professionalism. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took the time to explain everything patiently and clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and well-cared for.
