Firestone Complete Auto Care

I routinely visit this Firestone location for oil changes, and every time I’ve gone, the service has been prompt, professional, and accommodating. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. During my most recent visit, I received a call from the manager, Ramon, regarding the wear bars on my tires. Since I don’t know much about cars, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty, it made me feel confident about the information I was given. As a woman with limited car knowledge, it means a lot to be treated with respect and to feel that someone is genuinely looking out for my safety. Thank you to Ramon and the team for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely continue coming

Firestone Leominster is the best location of any I've been to. Another Firestone (Manchester) turned my wife's car away, saying that they could not rotate my tires because they had stripped the lugs trying to get them off, then gave us a substantial estimate to fix. We took the car to Firestone Leominster. They helped us, explaining that the other location had not used a breaker bar to get the lugs off like they should have, that the other Firestone should have been responsible to replace the stripped lugs, then fixed their mistake at no charge despite not being responsible for the damage themselves. I can't say enough good things about this location, especially Ramon and Kristie. Thank you for taking care of my wife's vehicle.

I am not a customer at the Leominster Firestone tire store but I was treated so wonderfully. I was traveling back to Maine after babysitting my granddaughter when I noticed all four of my tires had low pressure. I was hesitant to stop at a gas station to fill the tires as the last time I tried to do so I actually took air out instead of putting it in 😳. I asked the gentleman at the counter if he could have a tech show me how to do it. Instead, within five minutes, he had a wonderful young tech fill all my tires with a smile on his face. When I asked what the charge was he stated it was a courtesy. I thanked him and told him that his mom would be proud of him for helping an old lady out lol. Thank you very much. There is still kindness in this world. K

Needed an extremely last-minute wheel alignment after my mechanic had failed to do it and the manager squeezed me in at the very end of the day here, even staying a few minutes late, to help me get it done! Furthermore, despite me probably inconveniencing him, he was extremely friendly and courteous throughout.
