They took the time to access the problems and explained what needed to be done. They went above and beyond my expectations! A job that would had been thousands at a dealership was a fraction of the cost. Their thoroughness gave me complete confidence in their ability to produce quality results. The East Cobb location has been my spot for awhile now. I have seen the changes over the past few years. It has truly improved over time. The customer experience in the past few months has been top notch. I needed new tires over the holidays and there was a shipping delay. My daughter dropped her car off in the morning to diagnose a specific issue. No one called her with an update, so she had to call late that afternoon. Instead of addressing the original problem, they listed several unrelated issues and said they still needed to run another test to diagnose what she actually brought the car in for. She agreed, and they said it would be done first thing the next morning. Once again, no call. She contacted them after lunch and was told they were just then running the test. A couple of hours later, they finally provided a diagnosis. She declined the repair and went to pick up her car, only to find they charged her $111 in diagnostics that she never authorized.
