My BMW 750i had bad water pump. It takes a level 10 mechanic to do this job correctly. Once again their mechanics meet up the the job. Im 63 and have had multiple vehicles and have used alot of different shops over the years. Bmw, goodyear, private foreign shops, friend shops. When we started using firestone, FOOTHILLS, years ago , thats when we finally got a trustworthy shop. I have 10 vehicles that they take care of. Everytime they met our needs. Had a oil change done they said all fluids were good after double checking myself I discovered my overflow bone dry the techs name was Austin that insured me all fluids were ok after his inspection. I don't ask you to do more than u should but considering I've used this place for over 8000 $ in service in the time I've been with y'all to find something like this after a service surprises me to say the least never had any issues before this

Dan was really amazing. He told me whats wrong and explained it well. Even though I had to go back after they were already close due to some minor issue, he stayed and do the job himself. Really appreciate what he did and not make me go back the next day. This Firestone in Maryville is great.

These guys were great! I came in late on a Sunday afternoon and they did everything they could to help me. They spent a lot of time on my car but, unfortunately, the damage was not repairable. When they were done, they told me they were not charging me because they couldn't do the repairs!! Would absolutely recommend 👌
