I came in at 10 min before close with a very unexpected tire emergency. I felt so bad but the 2 gentleman welcomed me with patience, superb customer service. They diagnosed, explained, and got my truck in the air. 45 min later and dark, they finished. I appreciated the positive attitude even at the end of shift. I will definitely be back when it’s time for a new full set.

I would like to THANK MR. MATTHEW for being a huge part of my trip and safety back home. Your team of professionals took great care of me, 1.fuel pump and 2.fuel pump module (lower by the gas tank) first part day out ordered from North Georgia, then bypassed the module to get me home, module was another day out to North Georgia. Straight to the dealership...$8k more work still need attention. WHAT A WAY TO END A CRUISE TO THE BAHAMAS. THANK YOU MATTHEW FOR BEING A GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO, AND GETTING ME HOME SAFELY. GOD BLESS.

Great service and tire deals. The guys know how to make customers comfortable and feel secure. Low quality generic parts from china however. I haven’t been to a garage in years and this is why. However They don’t allow you to get dealer parts for your car. So even though my car is fixed it looks/feels cheap after repair. I had a brand new dealer axle they would not install and now the one they put in is covered in rust after a couple months. Though they said this is normal. This should not be normal. My other axles are pushing ten + years and still look great . I think I’m lucky if the one they installed lasts five.

Over all experience was good. My vehicle tech was very polite and respectful of my vehicle and my questions. The entire staff was friendly and I felt were truly concerned with the service I had done. Property conditions; while some of the areas were presentable many of them were not. I feel they need to spend some time doing some 5S details and cleaning up in general. When you have weeds growing out of the concrete next to the building you need to pay attention. They may have pride in their place but, with regards to organization, cleaning and presentation they really need some help. Please note: these comments did not affect the great service I received. Just my observation.

Mathew was amazing from start to finish. I needed two tires repaired and it turned out that replacing them was the only option. Mathew made it as painless as possible and really impressed me with his professionalism and demeanor. I am now a loyal customer of this location. Great job all around!
