However, when heard the location is now under new management, we decided to give it another shot. From the moment we met Riccardo, we were genuinely impressed. His professionalism, honesty, integrity, and fair pricing set a whole new standard for what we expect in auto care. Since Ricardo became the manager, the experience has been even better—he’s respectful, knowledgeable, and you can tell he truly cares about making things right. I’ve watched him go above and beyond for customers while I waited, and it really shows what kind of store this is. Their lifetime alignment is an awesome value, and they always have great pricing on tires. The road hazard protection is worth it because if anything happens, they take care of you—and the fact that you can go to any Firestone in the country is a huge bonus. If you want good car service and to be taken seriously, go here. Had some issues I needed looking at and Riccardo was very informative. He took his time to explain what was happening and what they could do to help, which I appreciated lol I’m not all car savvy, so the time they took to make sure I understood is very appreciated. When I found out that a Firestone manager, Riccardo, whom I have trusted for a while now, moved to the Middletown location from New Jersey, I decided to follow. The drive time from my home in Westchester is about the same anyway, and for me, dependable service matters more. I believe strongly in relationships and in sticking with people who consistently take care of you. That’s exactly why I stopped using my dealership's service center, the experience became impersonal and disconnected. I never looked back. Paid 250 for an alignment and they couldn't do the alignment. They said I needed parts so I said ok fix it and they said they didn't have the parts they had to call lexus. Then told me they couldn't call because they didn't have time to call for the parts which is crazy. I asked him why he was charging me for an alignment when he didn't do it and his response was I had to pay for the attempt....very crazy..then I said can I get my receipt and he says it wasn't ready he would send it in an email...another crazy moment..im still waiting a week later..no receipt..no phone call for parts..no email..but they sure enough took my money.. definitely not a place you want to go back to
