After spending nearly three days going to multiple Firestone locations, this one completely restored my faith. I was showing up right at 7:00 AM at other locations, trying to be first in line for a state safety inspection, only to be told they couldn’t see my car and that I’d have to leave it overnight. That was incredibly frustrating — especially since it’s my only vehicle and I have to pick up my daughter from daycare. Leaving it overnight just wasn’t an option. I came to this location around 9:00 AM, explained my situation, and left for a work meeting expecting another long wait. To my surprise, I received a call that my car was ready within an hour. We recently moved back to the area after spending 11 years in Florida. My Grandmother, Uncle, and my parents used this place for service back in the day so I figured I’d give them a try since the dealership wanted $1,400 to do a CV axle on a 2010 Sienna. They did it for half the price and added a lifetime alignment as well. Only place around that has a lifetime alignment warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It pays for itself after the second time. We appreciate you guys keeping up with the reasonable prices and honest service.

Had the best experience at Firestone Complete Auto. After getting a flat, I called 5 places and this was the only location that had my tire in stock and could fix it that day. Sam at the front was friendly and knowledgeable. While I sat waiting for my car, I overheard how on it and polite he was with every customer that came in. They even finished my car early. Very impressed!

I had the pleasure of working with Barry, Mark and Josh. All 3 have been such a tremendous help regarding being super personable, kind and caring. They took wonderful care of my car and made everything such a smooth and easy process for me and my husband and our 10 month old. We are very thankful for these 3!! I've been a Firestone customer for years and recently found the Midlothian location. Upon entering, i was greeted very professionally. Jeff, service manager and Andres, technician were awesome. They took care of all my car needs for a great price. Andres took the time to bring me back to the bay section and explain everything in detail that was found. It felt great to have wonderful customer service. This will be my mechanic for all my car needs from now on. When I feel a place out and can leave knowing I'm in good hands and not being taken advantage money wise, why look elsewhere.
