I had an afternoon appointment for an alignment. Upon arrival, I said that I would wait there while they worked on my vehicle. I was told there would be about a two-hour wait with no explanation or apology. Sometime later, I asked for the reason for the two-hour wait. He said that they became short-staffed, and the only ones qualified to do alignments were busy. He was friendly and pleasant, but still no apology. (I should have received a courtesy phone call giving me a heads-up on the situation.) Luckily, it was completed in about an hour. After exchanging pleasantries and paying, he was friendly and professional, but still no apology. They seem like a good work team, and I would return if needbe. Very efficient and easy to talk to. Work was done in a timely manner. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but it only cost me 37.50 to have removal of impacted snow. I thought it might need a front end alignment but all was great! It just needed a quart of oil. The gentlemen were all very honest and upfront with me! Great experience.

Tony was great. He made time to let me tell him my story over the phone and the symptoms my vehicle was showing, And took time to talk to me about my vehicle, what they were working on and information I needed to know. Derek did such a great job at getting my car back on the road and driving great. And it wasn't as pricey as I thought it was going to be. But would have still been worth it. I had a major problem with my car and Derek had it done for me before the store closed. They are very informative and professional people and good mechanics there

Dennis is amazing and very helpful in understanding what needs fixed and how to resolve it in the most affordable ways! He applies all discounts that make affordability easier and more hopeful! He explains everything in detail throughly and shows you how all repairs are necessary but which are most crucial and should be fixed first and I greatly appreciate this! I have no where to go when my trucks being worked on! The kindness and welcoming lobby is a big blessing for people like me! Great team work in this shop and good laughs and stories while I wait !

Everyone was helpful and communicative, especially Dennis! I knew the status of my vehicle at all times and they were very flexible when working with my schedule as it was for an issue that didn't require my car being dropped off.
