I had another great experience with Firestone. Ryan knew how special my car was, seeing to it that there’d do whatever they could to bring my wagon into alignment. Anthony delivered. Despite a stubborn bushing, he was able able to coax a near perfect setup out of the 22 year old car. Thanks you two!!

This Firestone location has always been good to our family, but I must say this current group of employees, the atmosphere, and care has been amazing! Car care and repair is not the easiest thing to deal with, but they work hard to provide expert advice for short and long term, while keeping you on the road and productive in life! Can't thank these folks enough!

This location, Montgomery Firestone m, exceeded my expectations. Not only were they very knowledgeable specifically, Anthony, who walked me through the tires that would be suitable for my jeep Anthony also educated me on the difference in the tires and provided great suggestions that were useful to me. The team of mechanics at this location did a great job on installing all four of my brand new tires. Anthony went above and beyond in his Customer Service, providing me way home while they installed my tires. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location. I used to go to the Fox Valley location but now that I’ve moved out this direction that is now going to be my Firestone of choice. I can’t say enough great things about this Firestone

I recently had my car serviced at Firestone, and the two team members who truly stood out were Mike and Anthony. They always greet me by name when I walk in, which immediately makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. They are incredibly personable, take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on with my vehicle, and clearly outline how they can help. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer care are unmatched. Mike and Anthony are by far the best service team I have encountered in the automotive industry.

I recently brought my 2001 Saab into Firestone after it died on me while driving on I-88. Anthony was able to tell me what exactly was broken (serpentine belt and pulley system), but he also walked me through each step of their process to repair it as they had to keep trying different parts to get it running again. When I brought it back the following week for a suspected coolant leak, Anthony and the rest of the team once again provided top tier service and made sure everything was fine before getting it back to me. I'd definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a transparent and efficient mechanic.
