Firestone Complete Auto Care

Scammed me for 158$, 1 hour of waiting, and 6 hours of of not having my car. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER FIRESTONE. Try Smetzer's across town. Went in at 1150 for a scheduled alignment at 12, no staff was around. 1215, staff comes out to a desk. I ask them about my appointment, and they take my keys. 1250, my car hasn't been moved, I haven't been updated, and I tell a mechanic I'll pick up my car later and get a ride home. 630, I get a call, I'm told my alignment is finished. I arrive in 20 minutes, my car is in the same spot I left it at. It's a very out-of-the-way spot from the garage. I go inside. They charge me 158$, and don't give me an alignment sheet. Later, my car doesn't seem to drive smooth. Pulls to the left a bit doesn't handle right. I took it to Smetzer's later, and they found

Austin hooked it up!! Due to a family emergency. Needed to make a trip from Ohio to Florida. He was able to squeeze me in even being short staffed. Been a customer for 10+ years. This is why we keep coming back!

My parents were in from Pa. and had a slow leak in their tire. We stopped in Firestone and Austin Colopy helped us. He was super friendly, the service was top notch and my mom and dad were able to get home safely. Everyone was checking on us, Austin explained the repair thoroughly and my dad was really happy. In the past at this store I received tire services for my car. It would take the technicians 3+ hours just to rotate and realign my tires. Today, the same service under new management took an hour and a half. I no longer have to plan a whole day to get my tires serviced. I also observed how well the new manager dealt with customers and had transparency as he explained everything that his technicians worked on with other customers cars. Thank you Firestone of Mount Vernon for your work!!

Loved the service and how great everyone was. They did such a great job and working as quickly as possible to get new tires and an alignment on our truck!
