Firestone Complete Auto Care

Update: got tired of paying ridiculous amounts for an oil change so i came here and saved . I don't normally think of Firestone for oil changes, but i will now. Firestone quality, in my experience, varies with the store and franchise owner. This is an honest and quality franchise, IMHO. Today I'm buying tires and getting a lifetime alignment for a new-to-me car. It's not a cheap experience but they did everything they could to make it an enjoyable one. Can't say enough good things about Larry Evanto and his team. Orion has been especially helpful. I'm a regular now

Larry was very kind and patient. He explained everything thoroughly. The tech working on my car also got my my dashboard to work again after it stopped working. I have been to many Firestone locations but this one really has a great staff and I will be returning to this specific location moving forward. They genuinely like their jobs and want to help customers. Great job fellas and thank you!

While visiting my vacation home in Georgetown, I picked up a nail and needed a new tire! Because I am away from my home base of Washington, DC, my instinct was to go to the brand that I trust and that's Firestone! I had the pleasure of meeting "Orion" at this location and was treated with the greatest amount of professionalism and friendliness a guy could ever ask for. My visit was completed in less than one hour, so I had to send this review over because that is some audacious customer service! My plan is to be ready for an oil change by the time Easter rolls around, so I will be back to get some work done then. Thanks for a wonderful transaction, man. I love this place, great service, they always work me in. They are totally transparent prices AND they explain everything. Larry and his staff have repeatedly worked hard to get me the best prices and have found very difficult parts for one of my aging cars. I highly recommend them!

Great service!! I am a local. Have used this shop for years and all my repairs. Always friendly, willing to show the issues and discuss. They have kept my family safe and on the road. I am able to send my teens vehicles as well. They do very well job of explaining to my teens any issues. Trustworthy repairs. They also help with quotes and coupons where they can. Great shop and service if you are looking to get back on the road quickly. Highly recommend.
