Firestone Complete Auto Care

I woke up to a flat tire. The 7AM open of the store was very helpful to my early morning need. The service advisor was friendly and kept me informed of the progress. I was given a quality product at a fair price. Only issue is I was in a hurry and the mechanic did a full inspection that I did not request which held up my time and took longer than I would have liked.

I always come to this Firestone. The staff is wonderful, friendly and respectful. The two managers who always take care of me. One, Andrea who is so sweet and explains things slow and detailed when I don’t fully understand. She has no problem getting the job done and getting me in and out in a timely manner. Second, Dekota is professional and patient and extremely knowledgeable. He also takes the time to explain any issues I have with my car and provides speedy service. Wonderful team , wonderful staff.

I've been bringing my car here for a few years now and they've done several services, including brakes, coolant leak fix, alignment, and tires. All have gone smoothly and finished in a timely manner. And they are very polite explaining things and communicating. They make recommendations of other things the car might need but they dont get pushy about it. I did say yes to the lifetime alignment and have used it a couple times now, has definitely been worth it for me.

These guys were awesome. After a 20,000 miles roadtrip to Alaska through 21 states and 3 provinces I needed new tires while visiting my son in Nashville. They stayed open late to get me back on the road on time.. highly recommend this place!

Brought my car in for a alignment and tire change at 2:45pm I scheduled a week ahead for 3pm. Called me at 6pm told me they were busy and it'd be ready by morning. Next day comes and I arrive 24 hours later at 3pm with the car not ready. They didn't charge me since I waited so long, got home and tires weren't rotated. Take it back next week, they rotate my tires no charge. Now my tires have different caps on them so I can't take my wheel off thanks to Firestone. Now I can't work on my brake pads and rotors.
