Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nederland! I was in and out super quick, the service was excellent, and the team did an amazing job. They took the time to walk me through everything and explain the process before I paid, which I really appreciated. Super professional and stress-free — I’ll definitely be back!!

Everyone was very friendly and even though I didn't have an appointment they still got me in quickly and took great care of me. When an unexpected problem came up, they called me right away and gave me several options on how to solve it, and I don't mean just the expensive option or more expensive. They were actually able to solve the problem without costing me more, and I appreciate the fact they let me know the risk of doing it before they ever started. I was very impressed with their integrity, and convinced me this is now my permanent spot for service.

Great experience got me all set up with an account. Tire rotation and oil change took about and hour. All the guys in the shop were super helpful and nice. No gimmicks at the Firestone in Nederland!

It is Christmas Eve, and we are headed out of town for a short trip. We found a huge nail in our tire, stopped at Firestone on Nederland Avenue, were greeted with a welcoming attitude, and they were happy to help , so we could get on the road. Thank goodness they’re open today… and had room for us at “the inn.” We really appreciate the kind customer service . We will be coming to this store for future tire needs. Merry Christmas!!

I normally go to Firestone when I am in Beaumont, Tx. However, I needed car work on the rental I have. The rental company, has switched who they do maintenance with this month. So, the Firestone at this location in Nederland, was able to get the rental car checked-in with the new company in no time. There restrooms are kept clean, which is a plus. They will completely service as quick as they can. They will also let you know how long the wait maybe as well.
