Mark was so helpful & personable!! He was able to get me in with in 20 minute to change my unexpected flat with my spare!! He deserves a raise and you are lucky to have him on your team!! I will recommend your store to others!
Made an appointment for 4:00pm, dropped my vehicle off at 3:06pm. Didn’t make the appointment for 3:00pm because I didn’t think I could make it on time. Arrive to the shop at 5:24 to pick up my car, was told an oil change would be about 40 minutes. Plenty of time but when I got a ride back to pick up my vehicle they hadn’t even started on it. When I expressed some concern was basically told to shut up and there was no issue. Then was told it would take 1/2 hour. So I waited….40+ minutes and still waiting. Will not be returning and will make sure to spread the word that the service here is terrible. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Even just a whoops we made a mistake would have been better than being treated like it was my mistake!
Firestone on Green Bay Road in Neenah, Wisconsin deserves a shout out. Our next door neighber teenager thought there was a nail in the tire of the car she drives. It was a Friday night after 5pm and we needed to help her get this taken care of . We called Firestone and they said to bring the car in. It turned out to be dangerously worn tires. They stayed late, put new tires on the car, taught her about tires and were wonderful. They cared about her safety over anything else and went well beyond what other places would have to help. Thank you!!!
Such a great experience working with Mark! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process of changing out my tires hassle free!! Couldn’t recommend Firestone enough!
On a cold week day morning I experienced a notice on my car’s dashboard that one or more of the tires needed more air. When I spoke to Mark at Firestone-Neenah he very graciously checked all 4 tires & provided the recommended air pressure in each tire!! A double thumbs up rating to Mark for his services & courtesy!!
